1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between you and Sharone Limited, a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, having its registered office at Ezekia Papaioannou 14, Office 101, 1075 Nicosia, Cyprus ("we" "us" "our" or the "Company") regarding your use of the Company's website and other services (the "Website" or the "Service"), including all textual, graphic, video, music, software and other content available through the Service (the "Content").
1.2 Your access and use of the Service constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms. PLEASE READ THE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICE.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOST PROFIT OR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
7.2 THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO THE COMPANY.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
9.1 The laws of England and Wales, excluding conflicts of law principles, govern these Terms.
9.2 As a consumer, you benefit from mandatory provisions of your country of habitual residence.
9.3 Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of: (a) the courts of your habitual residence if in the EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway or Iceland; or (b) the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus otherwise.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 No delay in exercising any right will constitute a waiver thereof.
10.2 If any provision is found invalid, the remaining Terms remain in full force.
10.3 These Terms set forth the entire agreement between you and the Company.
10.4 The Company may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms.
10.5 In no event shall the Company be liable for failure to comply arising from factors outside its reasonable control.
